The Pilates With Ashlea app is suitable for all levels, including beginners! The app includes a beginner category with a range of Pilates classes, along with a beginner programme. Alongside this, Pilates tips and how-to tutorials.

To start, all you need is yourself & a mat. We recommend using a thicker mat to provide more support. If you'd like to invest in some small equipment, the app also offers magic circle, resistance band, Pilates ball, small weights, and barrel classes.

A pre/post natal programme will be coming in the future. For now, the Pilates sessions are not suitable for pregnancy. Ashlea offers 1:1 sessions for pre/post natal clients and is trained with Mama's Pilates.

Ashlea is a 600 hour classically trained instructor with 8+ years of teaching experience and 26 years of movement / dance training. Pricing for subscriptions can vary by region and is cheaper when signing up through the web. All app subscriptions auto-renew and can be cancelled at any time. Gift cards are on a 3, 6 or 12 month basis with the subscription renewing at full price at the end of the gifted period.
