Is this app suitable for beginners?

The Pilates With Ashlea app is suitable for all levels, including beginners! The app includes a beginner category with a range of Pilates classes, along with a beginner programme. Alongside this, Pilates tips and how-to tutorials.

Do I need equipment?

To start, all you need is yourself & a mat. We recommend using a thicker mat to provide more support.

If you'd like to invest in some small equipment, the app also offers magic circle, resistance band, Pilates ball, small weights, and barrel classes.

From time to time, we run promotions on both the monthly and annual subscriptions. Keep an eye out on the website, and social media @pilateswithashlea

Please note, the discounted rate of a subscription only lasts as stated on the promotion then auto renews at the normal rate.

Does the app offer pre/post natal Pilates?

A pre/post natal programme will be coming in the future. For now, the Pilates sessions are not suitable for pregnancy. Ashlea offers 1:1 sessions for pre/post natal clients and is trained with Mama's Pilates.

The classes are fully guided with expert cueing, to help you get the most out of each exercise and understand the 'why'. Ashlea is a 600 hour classically trained instructor with 8+ years of teaching experience and 26 years of movement / dance training. She is incredibly passionate about the method and can see the impact and transformation it provides her clients.

How does the membership work?

You can subscribe on a monthly or yearly basis. Both subscriptions include the same content. Every user starts with a 7 day free trial, which can only be used once.

Pricing for subscriptions can vary by region and is cheaper when signing up through the web.

All app subscriptions auto-renew and can be cancelled at any time. For promotion codes, the discounted rate of a subscription only lasts as stated on the promotion then auto renews at the normal rate. Gift cards are on a 3, 6 or 12 month basis with the subscription renewing at full price at the end of the gifted period.

I want to cancel my subscription

Accepted Answer

You may cancel your subscription (monthly or yearly) at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged. A confirmation email will be sent once your cancellation is successful.

On Application
Go to your Profile (top right)
Select View / Cancel Subscription
Click Cancel Subscription (don’t click “Delete Account” first, as this may remove your details before cancellation)

If you signed up on the App Store or Google Play:
Open your device Settings → Subscriptions
Select the app and follow the steps to cancel
