Calling all instructors, trainees and advanced clients. Come along for a 50-minute advanced flow followed by a coffee catch-up at the Nue | ground cafe.

Ashlea's pop-up Pilates series started in June 2022, as a way to bring the community together, sharing Pilates movement, stretch and connection. Keep an eye out for upcoming events above.

A collaborative wellness event with Rob Rea, who is a breathwork expert. Ashlea will first start the 4 hour event with a Pilates flow, followed by Rob's breathwork for performance session. Everyone will receive a wellness goodie bag and enjoy a vegan lunch.
